OLY: Snatch (OTM x 20)

We will work 3-5 touch and go Power Snatch on odd minutes and 3-5 Full snatches (not tng) on even minutes.

As weight goes up, reps will go down. Build every other round ending with a heavy 2 reps of each in the final minutes

OLY: Overhead Squat (7×2 @ 80-90% of Max Snatch )
