  3. What is your favorite lift, movement or WOD? Dumbell snatch or hang clean

  4. What is your least favorite?  Push ups or wallballs

  5. Proudest CrossFit accomplishment so far? Working up to being able to do an RX push up and a pull up. I never thought I could do something like that

  6. What are your short term and long term CF goals? Short term – hand stand walk
    Long term- participate in a competition

  7. What advice do you have for new members or those considering joining? It’s an amazing place. Everyone is very helpful and you never feel alone or out of place. It’s the best place to be who you never think you can become

  8. What is your favorite quote and/or words to live by? Always think positive, the best is yet to come.

  9. What are your hobbies/interests outside of CrossFIt? I love playing soccer and buying sneakers

  10. What do you love most about CFMK? I love Phil’s play list, I love Ryan yelling at me every time I’m late and Russ’s sarcasm. All of the coaches are amazing.
