  2. What brought you to CFMK? I was looking for a gym where I could take classes with others. During my search, I did trial classes at other CrossFit gyms, at fitness centers, and with trainers, but after a few weeks at CFMK it was the best fit all around.

  3. What is your favorite lift, movement or WOD? Although I have gotten more comfortable using the barbell over the past year, I still prefer cardio packed WODs. I am never sad to see burpees in a workout.

  4. What is your least favorite? For a long time, I dreaded double unders. Currently I am angry at strict pull-ups.

  5. Proudest CrossFit accomplishment so far? It is so exciting every time I succeed at a movement I am struggling with. Most recently I have gotten T2B, that was a big one for me.

Whether it is working on my pace, form, weight, decreasing my modifications, increasing the number of reps, this list goes on and on. My long-term goal is to become a routine RX athlete.
